To use the Service, users must agree to the Terms and complete the account registration process. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited.
Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringement of intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy of others
- Uploading obscene, violent, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
- Use of bots or automation to perform excessive actions
- Excessive commercial use of the platform
- Any act that disrupts or interferes with the Service
Article 3 (Copyright)
Users retain copyright ownership of the content they upload. However, Tempii may display or utilize uploaded content for promotional or functional purposes within the scope of the Service.
Article 4 (Image Publication & Retention)
Images uploaded to Tempii may be automatically published after a certain period. Even after account deletion, images scheduled for future publication may be temporarily retained. If Tempii reasonably determines that the image will not be published, it will be deleted without delay.
Article 5 (Account Suspension & Deletion)
- Violation of the Terms
- Requests from legal or public authorities
- Extended inactivity or signs of unauthorized access
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
We are not liable for disputes between users or between users and third parties. We are not responsible for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of the Service.
Article 7 (Modifications)
These Terms may be revised without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
